School of Economics and Management

School of economics and management has strong teachers in 86 full-time teachers, including 9 professors, 38 associate professors, and 19 doctorate personnel. School of Economics and Management has seven undergraduate majors, which are financial management, credit management, international business, logistics management, e-commerce, exhibition economy and management, hotel management, etc. The school built a "modern logistics management integrated experimental platform" (comprised of three specialized laboratories), "Finance Lab" and "Accounting Lab". According to the arrangements of the school discipline’s integration and development, with the characteristics and the need of discipline concise, School of Economics and Management is planning to focus on the construction of finance, logistics management and other disciplines.

Among them, logistics management is the first and third period University Undergraduate Education Highlands Construction Units in Shanghai, which is a national specialty approved by the State Ministry of education and the Ministry of finance in 2010. Credit management is one of the earliest professionals in Shanghai colleges, and it undertake "credit management personnel training project" construction projects from the Shanghai Education Commission. The school pays close attention on practical ability of the students, with "community-oriented, school-enterprise cooperation, industry-academia linkage" for educational features. It established Shanghai Second Polytechnic University Sinotrans International Logistics Institute with China Sinotrans Group Limited, which innovated school-enterprise cooperation in running mode, emerged a significant achievement education, cultivated more distinctive expertise and created good social impacts.
