Application Procedure

Step 1

Submit the application documents in right formats to joywu@hdu.edu.cn before

the application deadline. We will reply within 3 work days.

Step 2

After receiving the confirmation email of admission from HDU, students shall confirm accepting the offer by remitting the registration fee (RMB400) to the school’s bank account within one week.

Step 3

HDU will process the visa application form (JW-202) and the formal admission letter to the student after receiving the registration fee. (1 week)

Step 4

HDU will send the documents to the students by express mail. (3-6 work days)

Timetable

Apply before June 30 and register in September for the Autumn Semester. Apply before December 31 and register in February for the Spring Semester.(For Chinese language programs only)

Each semester lasts 16 weeks.
