- 5.1 International student’s apartments: 400 yuan per month per person (for two persons sharing an apartment), 300 yuan per month per person (for three persons sharing an apartment). (Each apartment has beds, writing desks, wardrobes, and a toilet with hot shower, as well as a kitchen and laundry room shared with the whole floor.)
- 5.2 International student’s suite: 1000yuan/per month (about 70 square meters; 2 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and toilet. It is suitable for two or three persons or an entire family. It is furnished with basic furniture and electrical appliances (TV, washing machine, water heater). Students are required to pay electricity, water, gas and TV fees.)
