Notarized copy of high school Diploma or most advanced academic certificate

Official high school transcripts or transcripts of academic achievement up to the present

Recommendation letter (to be confirmed by the signature or seal of the school)

Scanned copy of passport. (the page with passport photo and basic information)

8 recent two-inch ID photos

Medical certificate

Any other supporting documents, such as award certificates on sports, art, etc.

● Application period

on January- June of each year

● How to apply

Fill in “JSAHVC International Student Application Form”, and mail all the application materials to Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Office in JSAHVC.

● Enrollment

Based on the merit principle, the college will sent the admission notice and visa application form (JW202) in August. The students will be enrolled at the college in September, and those unadmitted will not receive further notice.
