Program of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language
The Program of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language offers courses of four levels including the Elementary, the Intermediate, the Upper-intermediate and the Advanced. Each level requires a learning period of 1 or 2 semesters. With a flexible system, the program allows international students to apply for the corresponding level of courses according to their Chinese language proficiency.
Courses are designed to help international students to learn the Chinese language knowledge and develop their Chinese communication skills, and to help them to pass HSK and further their major study

Intermediate | One semester | Students reach level-3 or level-4 of HSK and can have a fluent communication on wider topics; Students reach level-4 of HSK and can apply for undergraduate programs ofscience and technology offered by Chinese universities. |
Upper-Intermediate | Two semesters | Students reach level-5 of HSK ; Students can read Chinese papers and magazines, watch Chinese movies and TV programs, and make a complete speech in Chinese; Students can apply for most undergraduate and graduate programs of arts offered by Chinese universities |
Advanced | Two semesters | Students reach level-6 of HSK; Students can easily understand Chinese by listening and reading, express themselves fluently both by speaking and writing, and apply for all the undergraduate and graduate programs offered by Chinese universities. |

Sino-Australia Cooperative Programs of International Business
ZBTI started Sino-Australia Cooperative Programs of International Business in August of 2005. The programs adopted Holmesglen courses and teaching materials and small-sized class mode, together with several core courses of the same majors of ZBTI, to achieve the same standard of teaching quality as in Holmesglen. The program offers diploma from ZBTI and HIT institutes respectively. More than 500 students have studied in the program, over 800 students have graduated from the program and more than 100 students have been in Australia for further study.
Located in Melbourne, Holmesglen Institute of TAFE is one of the biggest institutes of technology in Australia. The institute has 3 campuses with about 50,000 students in Australia and other countries, and it is well-known for its innovative education and cultivation of high-skilled professionals of high standard and high employment. At present, Holmesglen offers both undergraduate and graduate courses, and also conducts cooperative courses developed together with Monash University and Charles SturtUniversity, which allow link-up of credit and diploma between Holmesglen and the universities. The institute has also set up a branch of the University of Canberra on its campus with the university. So far the institute has established cooperative relations with many colleges and institutes in the world, and ZBTI is one of its most influential partners.
