Application Time

Spring semester: from Sept.15 th to Jan.10th

Autumn semester: from Feb.15 th to Aug.10th

For those who want to come in a group or join the short-term class can come anytime of the year.

Admission

The admission depends on the application documents. If necessary, online interview or telephone interview will be arranged.

Once accepted, foreign students will receive the following documents via express mail, Entrance Notice of Shandong Foreign Languages Vocational College, Visa Application Form for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China (JW202) and Physical Examination Record for Foreigners. With these documents, foreign students can go to the Chinese Embassy nearby to apply for the X-type visa or F-type visa.

The scheduled school year

Spring Semester: the end of February or the beginning of March

Autumn Semester: the beginning of September

Registration

All the students enrolled by the school need to register according to the date given on the Entrance Notice of Shandong Foreign Languages Vocational College. Those who fail to register in time are supposed to get the permission from the school in advance, otherwise, enrollment will be canceled.

Long-term students need to bring their Entrance Notice of Shandong Foreign Languages Vocational College, Physical Examination Record for Foreigners, Visa Application Form for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China (JW202), Passport and 8 photos (3×4cm) to the Foreign Students Section, International Cultural Exchange School to register.

Short-term students need to bring the entrance notice of Shangdong Foreign Languages Vocational College.
