Step 1:Appliers can get the《Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Arts Foreign Students Application Form》from Foreign students teaching departmen or download the application form online (to affix)or the website:www.gtcfla.net。
Step 2:Appliers submit the registration fee (400 rmb,can not be retreated once you pay for it)and the documents (includes:application form, scan of the highest degree, health certificate, blood examination report . passport scan and 6 passport photos) to the principal’s office of Foreign Affairs .
Step 3: After the appliers are admitted by our school,we will send out the admission letter and JW202 form.The student will bring the admission letter, JW202 form, the passport scan, the foreigners medical ensurance record to the local chinese embassy or consular service for entry visa. If the student study in China for less one year, he can apply for F visa, if for more than one year, the he apply for X visa, the visa fee is charged by themselves.
The students are required to buy the ensurances covering the study periodwhich includes accident ensurance and medical ensurance.Students can buy the ensurance either before coming to China or after they come. When the foreign students register in the school, they need to submit the ensurance policy including accident ensurance and hospitalization ensurance with Chinese version or English version.
