How to Apply

Requirements for entrance

1.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health.

2.Education background and age limit:

Applicants for Chinese language or other specialties studies must have senior high school diploma with good academic performance and be under the age of 40.

Applicants for Bachelor’s degree studies must have senior high school diploma with good academic performance and be under the age of 30.

Applicants for master’s degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.

Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40.

Application Documents

1.For non-degree courses

a)Academic diploma: A copy of the applicant’s latest academic diploma or confirmation of current enrollment at school.

b)A copy of the applicant’s passport (the page with the applicant’s photo ).

2.For degree courses

a)Academic diploma: A copy of the applicant’s latest academic diploma or confirmation of current enrollment at school.

b)Academic record/transcripts: The notarized copy of the academic records / transcripts of the highest education.

c)Two recommendation/reference letters.(For graduate courses)

d)A copy of the applicant’s passport (the page with the applicant’s photo).

3.More documents are required for the applicants who are studying in another Chinese institution:

a)A stamped approval letter from the Foreign Students’ Office of the current hosting institution

b)A copy of the valid visa or Residence Permit in China.

Admission

a)Please send the filled Application Form and other required documents by surface mail, fax or email to above address.

b)On receiving your complete application documents, we will send you both the Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) within two months by surface mail if you are successful.

c)Please apply for the study visa (“X1” VISA) from the Chinese Embassy or consulate in your country with this Admission Notice, Visa Application for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China (JW202 Form), the original copies of your Physical Examination Record for Foreigner and your blood test reports for AIDS and syphilis. Please note that you must register on time, with these materials at our school according to the date on Admission Notice.
