The university now has 18 colleges (departments) and three teaching centers and it offers 49 undergraduate programs, 10 two-year programs and 16 master’s degree programs. International Studies College takes charge of the language training, continuing studies and undergraduate programs of all the international students. International students can also study other specialties, of which Chinese Language and Literature, International Trade and Tourism Management are preferred by international students. 2. Living Conditions and Equipments
   The university is built at the foot of some hills and enjoys a comfortable atmosphere. It is about three kilometers away from the downtown, about four kilometers from the port (the railway station) and about fifteen kilometers from the airport. There is an reception center for international students, where the students can have classes, make accommodations, play sports, and so on. There are many advanced equipments in the teaching center and the food at the international students’ cafeteria is cheap but delicious. (It costs each person about 10-20 yuan per day.)
