Chinese Language Program: This 18-week long-term program admits students in Spring and Autumn semesters, which are scheduled to start on March 1 for spring and Sept. 1 for fall. International students can study in different classes according to their own language level，which is divided into primary, intermediate and advanced level of 6 classes. Students who have the demand for a degree can apply to transfer into the second or the third year of the undergraduate program of Chinese Language and Literature after the corresponding exams and obtain undergraduate degrees when the credits are completed.

Chinese Language Short-term Program: Short-term programs ranging from one week to three months are started any time in a year when there are more than 10 applicants who are at the same level. We have different classes like language training, culture experience, topic lectures, HSK tutoring and Summer(Winter)Camp. Except language training, we also provide the Chinese traditional culture courses of Taichi, martial arts, Chinese painting, Chinese folk songs and ect. We also organize field trips of visiting tourist sites in and near Xi’an.

Chinese Culture Program: Based on the advantage of being the “Training Center for Overseas Chinese Teachers” and the “Chinese Education Base of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council”, we mainly focus on training overseas Chinese teachers for Chinese culture’s study and research as well as the teaching skills for a period of three to four weeks. In addition to the Chinese language and culture courses, we also put special emphasis on experience and practice.
