1. Submit documents
① The completed “Application Form of International Students Wishing to Study in Hunan Agricultural University”
② Copies of notarized schooling certificate and academic records
③ Health certificates from a public hospital
④ No less than 2 recommendation letters which are written by foreign associate professors if apply for master’s Programs, doctoral Programs, research Programs, or senior advanced Programs.
⑤ A guarantee of tuition and outlays from a person with the power in law to bear responsibilities for the person holding the guarantee.
⑥ A copy of your passport
⑦ Study plan( Master or PHD candidate)
2. Apply for visa
When satisfied with the qualification,HUNAU will issue and mail a “Notice of Admission”, “JW202” and “a registration notice”, etc. to the admitted candidate with his/her health certificate, so as to allow the candidate to apply for an entrance visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in their resident countries. Arrival date is clear on the “Notice of Admission”.
