1. Applicants can directly contact the International School of Hubei University by telephone, fax, email or letter.

2. Students, who are going to study in Hubei University, should make an application at least two weeks ahead;

Application Procedure
(1) Complete the Application Form (It could be downloaded from http://www.hubu.edu.cn/ ), then send it together with the copies of your latest graduation diploma, academic records, certificate of graduation, 5 two-inch recent photos and application fee (US $ 40) to Hubei University.
(2) After receiving the application materials and application fee, Hubei University will mail an Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China (JW202 Form). Successful applicants should go to the China embassy or consulate in their countries and apply for the Visa (X or F) with Admission Notice, Visa Application for Foreign Wishing to Study in China (JW202 From) and Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (It could be downloaded from http://www.hubu.edu.cn/).

Applicants should go to Hubei University for registration at the required time with materials above.

Scholar of Mandarin: Graduating from high school or middle school

Undergraduate: Graduating from high school or colleges, score of HSK is C of Intermediate lever (for students to study Chinese Literature, Chinese History or Chinese Philosophy), or score of HSK is C of Elementary lever (for students to study other majors)

Postgraduate: Graduating from colleges or universities and obtaining a bachelor degree, score of HSK is B of Intermediate lever

Doctorate: Graduating from universities and obtaining master degree, score of HSK is A of Intermediate lever.
