How to Apply

Tuition Fees and Application Fees

Accommodation

The university provides international hostel with beddings, desks, air conditioners, telephones and bathroom. Each room can accommodate 1 or 2 students. The hostel provides hot water, washing machine which the students can use for free.

Accommodation Fees

For long-term program students, the accommodation fee is 5000 RMB per room per semester. For short-term program students, the accommodation fee is 60 RMB per room per day. The students can eat in the school canteen or in restaurants, which should be afforded by themselves.

If you have any other enquiries, please contact the International office of Hebei University of Chinese Medicine.

A. For study period less than 6 months, students can apply for “F” visa.

B. For study period more than 6 months, students should provide the following documents:

① 6 photos(3cm×4cm)

②Physical Examination Certification(Physical examination should be carried out in the place appointed by the Embassy of People's Republic of China)

③ Graduation certificate and transcript

④ Photocopy of the passport

⑤ Insurance Agreement Form

⑥ Information of the students' guarantee in China

⑦ Home address and phone number

⑧ Receipt of the application fee

The university will post the “Admission Notice” and “JW 202 form” to the students within 10 working days when we receive the above documents. The students can apply to X-type Visa from the Chinese Embassy with the “Admission Notice” and “JW 202 form” for their study.
