Lingnan provides international cafeteria and on-campus housing to international students。

Single occupancy room: 1200 RMB/month, 40 RMB/day, furnished with AC, TV, phone, shower room, etc

Double occupancy room: 650 RMB/month, 30 RMB/day, furnished with AC, TV, phone, shower room, etc

Note: All rooms are equipped with washers, but water and Electricity fee are excluded.

Special Notices:

①、students of short-period Chinese courses should pay off tuition fee within 5 days after registration

②、other students should at least pay off tuition fee of one semester within 10 days after registration; accommodation fee should be paid off before the 5th day of every month; students should pay off the accommodation fee of that month 3 days before he or she returns to motherland when study is finished

③、5% overdue fine should be paid if students have late submission of tuition and accommodation fees

④、Registration fee is not refundable

⑤、students can be refunded 50% tuition fee if he or she quits school during the first two weeks; no tuition fees would be refunded after two weeks
