1.Non-Chinese speakers must reach a C level in Chinese Proficiency Test for foreigners.
2. High school graduates have to take some entrance tests for relevant courses.
Semester:
For Students for advanced studies of Chinese, undergraduate students, master program students，and doctor program students:
The first semester: from the beginning of September to late January next year.
The second semester: from the end of February to early July
Admission application, Visa granting and entering China:
Students need to apply to the International Exchange Office for an Admission Application Form, then carefully fill in it and send it back to the Office. The Office will send to the applicant an Admission Notice and a JW202 Form. The applicant has to carry the two documents and a physical examination result to apply for an X Visa (Student Visa) at the Chinese embassy (consulate) in the country the student lives in, and then enter China and register with the university within the specified time limit.
