The applicants are required to contact the Foreign Students Service Center of the university a month or two ahead, asking for the Application Form for Foreign Students to Study at Hebei Polytechnic University. II. Carefully fill out the application form in according to the demands, then mail or fax the applying materials to the Foreign Students Service Center of the university ● Enrolment Upon receiving the Application Form for Foreign Students, this university mails the admitted applicants the entrance letter, the Visa Application Form for Foreign Students to Study in China (JW 202) and the Physical Examination Record of Foreigners. The admitted applicants should go to the local Chinese embassy/Consulate in your country with the documents mentioned above for an entry visa (X type) to China. ● Entrance Time I. Undergraduates In September each year. II. Chinese Language Learners ( More than a school year ) In each March or September. III. Chinese Language Learners ( Within a Semester ) Courses will be arranged at any time the applicants get visaed. IV. Trainees for the HSK Examination Courses will be arranged at any time the applicants get visaed. V. Learners of Short-term Traveling and Language Learning. The time depends on the groups’ demand and it can be negotiated with the university. VI. Fees 1. Tuition Fee ( 1 ) Registration fee is US$50 for each. ( 2 ) US$2000/year for the undergraduates. ※US$2600/year for majors in art. ( 3 ) US$1500/year for the language learners ( For the long-term students). ( 4 ) US$750 for the short-term language learners (One semester). ( 5 ) US$200/month for the trainees for the HSK examination. ( 6 ) Fees for the traveling learners will be negotiated by the two sides in the light of the length of schooling, the length of traveling and the traveling lines. 2. Other Expenses ( 1 ) Students are responsible for the expenses on food, accommodation, books and that on the application of residential certificate and visa. ( 2 ) Students are responsible for the expenses on phone call, internet, fax and mail. ( 3 ) Students are responsible for their medical fees, life insurance and expenses on extra-curricula tests, practices, field trips and visiting, etc. 3. Accommodation The flat for foreign students of the university is in the Central Campus, which consists of 4 grades. Grade I ( Single room ): US$750/semeter, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner, refrigerator, TV, telephone, computer ( Internet is available ) and washing machine (for mutual use ),etc. Grade II ( Single room ): US$450/semester, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner, refrigerator, TV, telephone and washing machine ( for mutual use ),etc. Grade III (Single room ): US$350/semester, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner, TV, telephone and washing machine ( for mutual use )etc. Grade IV ( Double room ): US$200/semester, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner, TV, telephone and washing machine ( for mutual use ).
