Study, Accommodation and Living Conditions

1. Study Conditions
Our university can provide you with excellent conditions for your study, because we own one team of teachers with rich teaching experience, meticulous attitude to scholarship and great attention to the friendship between students and teachers; moreover, we have complete research facilities, library with sufficient books and IT Center with broadband network. We always insist on the principle that different students should receive different teaching according to their own features, which can help them exert their advantages to the most. There are average 15 students learning Chinese per one class. Besides professional courses, students can choose General Situation of China, Chinese ( Elementary, Medium, and Advanced), Chinese History, Chinese Culture, Chinese Arts, Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Martial Arts, etc. as optional courses. We also organize the foreign students to join short term journey, such as visiting Chinese factories, villages, schools and marvelous natural beauties, making them know more about politics, economy, cultures and customs in China.


2. Accommodation Conditions
Our university has foreign student apartment equipped with telephone, Internet terminal, desk, wardrobe, fridge, electronic magnetic oven, microwave oven, water heater, rest room, kitchen, etc. There is one activity room in every storey where students can watch TV, read magazine and so on.

3. Living Conditions
Chongqing is the one of 4 municipalities in China. Located on the bank of Yangtze River and at the foot of South Mountain, our university has only 7 kilometer far from the center of Chongqing. Reputed as the Garden Campus in Chongqing, it has wonderful environment with the plentiful greens, flowers and unique architecture. Transportation is very convenient, for many bus lines and light railway are linked to the downtown areas and outskirts, and there is just 30 minutes distance to the international airport by car. Campus is completely equipped with basketball court, volleyball court, table tennis court, tennis court and swimming pool. In addition, there are shared laundry, guest meeting room, cyber bar, gymnasium, etc. in the foreign student apartment. Foreign students can cook in their own kitchen or eat outside in foreign student restaurant or other restaurants, with expense about RMB20 to 45 per day. Campus also possesses every kind of daily use facilities, such as supermarket, post office, bank, hospital, etc.
