If you observe the laws and decrees of China as well as the rules and regulations of the institution you attend, you can apply for the student visa (X1 visa) to the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country with this Admission Notice, the original copies of your Visa Application for Study in China (JW202), Foreigner Physical Examination Form and your blood test report. Please note that you must register, with these materials, at Shandong Jiaotong University within the period before 15 September, 2017. If you fail to register within the time limit without the permission of the institution, you will be regarded as giving up this admission.

Note:

   1. Make sure you enter China before the stipulated date with a student visa (X1) , otherwise you will be responsible for all the                  

possible consequences. Please pay the full fees to the university and apply for a resident permit with-in 30 days after arrival.

2. Please prepare ten copies of the photo the same size as in the passport on registration day.
